Title (EN) IMIDAZOQUINOLINE DERIVATIVE
(FR) DERIVE DE L'IMIDAZOQUINOLEINE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)An imidazoquinoline derivative represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof (wherein each substituent is as defined in the specification). They have at least two types of pharmacological effects including those of inhibiting lipid peroxidation and platelet agglutination and opposing the actions of histamine and bradykinin and are efficacious for the treatment or prevention of various thromboembolic diseases, transient ischemic diseases such as coronary vascular infarction and cerebral infarction, arteriosclerosis, and reflow disturbance occurring after the recovery from the ischemic conditions, thus being useful as a remedy or preventive for these diseases.
