A compound represented by general formula (I), a medicinally acceptable salt or ester thereof, and an antineoplastic containing the same as the active ingredient, wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 represent each aryl or heteroaryl; A represents an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group; Q represents -(CH2)m- (m being an integer of 1 to 6) or -(CH2)n-W-(CH2)p- (W being oxygen, sulfur, vinylene or ethynylene; and n and p being each an integer of 0 to 3); R1 represents hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, or optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl; R2, R7 and R8 represent each hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; R3 and R4 represent each hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, amino, nitro cyano, carboxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, lower alkylcarbamoyl, lower alkyl, lower hydroxyalkyl, lower fluoroalkyl or lower alkoxy; R5 represents lower alkyl; and R6 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl.
