Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ventilvorrichtung, mit einem Ventilgehäuse (8), das ein Stromregelventil aufweist, mit einem elektromagnetischen Betätigungsglied (1), das baulich in Reihe zum Stromregelventil im Ventilgehäuse (8) angeordnet ist, mit einem das Stromregelventil bildenden Kolben (3), der in seiner Grundstellung eine ungehinderte Druckmittelverbindung zwischen einer Druckmittelquelle (4) und einem Druckmittelverbraucher (5) herstellt. Das Betätigungsglied (1) stützt sich in seiner Grundstellung entgegen der Wirkung einer Druckfeder (2) an einer Stirnfläche des Kolbens (3) ab und kann sich in der Betriebsstellung vom Kolben (3) lösen, um eine den Druckmittelvolumenstrom zwischen der Druckmittelquelle (4) und dem Druckmittelverbraucher (5) regelnde Zwischenstellung einzunehmen. Hierdurch ist eine einfache sichere Ventilkonstruktion gegeben. In einer weiteren Erfindung wird ein Verfahren zur Einstellung einer Ventilvorrichtung mit einem Ventilgehäuse (8), in das ein Stromregelventil eingesetzt wird, mit einem elektromagnetischen Betätigungsglied (1), das baulich in Reihe zum Stromregelventil angeordnet wird, mit einem das Stromregelventil bildenden Kolben (3), der in seiner Grundstellung eine ungehinderte Druckmittelverbindung zwischen einer Druckmittelquelle (4) und einem Druckmittelverbraucher herstellt, mit Hilfe von Distanzstücken beschrieben.

The invention concerns a valve device comprising a valve housing (8) provided with a flow control valve, an electromagnetic actuator (1) arranged in series with the flow control valve in the valve housing (8), a piston (3) which forms the flow control valve and in its rest position creates a clear hydraulic connection between a hydraulic fluid source (4) and a hydraulic fluid consumer (5). The actuator (1) in its rest position is braced against the action of a pressure spring (2) at one end face of the piston (3) and in its operating position can detach itself from the piston (3) to take up an intermediate position which regulates the volume of hydraulic fluid flowing from the hydraulic fluid source (4) to the hydraulic fluid consumer (5). This valve design is simple and reliable. In a further invention, a process involving the use of spacers is disclosed for adjusting a valve device comprising a valve housing (8) into which is inserted a flow control valve with an electromagnetic actuator (1) arranged in series with the flow control valve, and a piston (3) which forms the flow control valve and in its initial position creates a clear hydraulic connection between a hydraulic fluid source (4) and a hydraulic fluid consumer.

L'invention concerne un dispositif à soupape comprenant un corps de soupape (8) présentant une soupape de régulation de débit, un organe d'actionnement électromagnétique (1) monté en série dans le corps de soupape (8) par rapport à la soupape de régulation de débit, un piston (3) formant la soupape de régulation de débit et créant, en position initiale, une liaison sans obstacle entre une source de fluide hydraulique (4) et un consommateur (5). L'organe d'actionnement (1) s'appuie, en position initiale, contre une face frontale du piston (3) sous l'action d'un ressort de pression (2) et peut, en position de fonctionnement, se séparer du piston (3) afin d'occuper une position intermédiaire régulant le débit de fluide entre la source de fluide (4) et le consommateur de fluide (5). Ceci permet d'obtenir une soupape de conception simple et fiable. L'invention concerne également un procédé de réglage, au moyen de pièces d'écartement, d'un dispositif à soupape comprenant un corps de soupape (8), dans lequel est montée une soupape de régulation de débit, un organe d'actionnement électromagnétique (1) monté en série par rapport à la soupape de régulation de débit, un piston (3) formant la soupape de régulation de débit et créant, en position initiale, une liaison sans obstacle entre une source de fluide (4) et un consommateur de fluide (5).
