An improved heat seal roller (20a, 20b) design having a pair of convex heat sealing surfaces (40). The convex heat sealing surfaces cut the film (12) at the contact point (28) between the sealing surfaces and creates a bead seal upon the film above the contact point.

La présente invention concerne un modèle amélioré de galet (20a, 20b) de thermosoudage présentant une paire de surfaces (40) de thermosoudage convexes. Ces surfaces de thermosoudage convexes coupent la pellicule (12) au niveau du point de contact (28), entre les surfaces à souder, et produisent, sur la pellicule, au-dessus du point de contact, une fermeture étanche moletée.
