Abstract

A voice coil actuator (10) has a magnetic flux conductive material core (12), an axially focused, radially oriented magnet structure (14), and an electrical current conductive coil (16). The core has a first surface (18) and a continuous channel (20) disposed in the first surface. The channel has a first wall (22) and a second opposing wall (24), the first wall defining a recess (44). The magnet structure is disposed in the recess of the first wall and spaced from the second wall so that a gap (26) remains between the magnet structure and the second wall. The magnet structure includes a first radially polarized magnet (28) having an axially extending surface (34) defining an upper edge (36) and a lower edge (38), a second axially polarized magnet (30) having a second magnet radially extending surface (40) extending radially inward from the first magnet upper edge, and a third axially polarized magnet (32) having a third magnet radially extending surface (42) extending radially inward from the first magnet lower edge.

Un actionneur à bobine mobile (10) possède une partie centrale (12) constituée d'un matériau conducteur à flux magnétique, une structure aimantée à orientation radiale et à focalisation axiale (14), et une bobine conductrice de courant électrique (16). La partie centrale comporte une première surface (18) et un canal continu (20) ménagé dans la première surface. Le canal est pourvu d'une première paroi (22) et d'une seconde paroi opposée (24), la première paroi formant un évidement (44). La structure magnétique est placée dans l'évidement de la première paroi et est espacée de la seconde paroi de façon à laisser un vide (26) entre la structure magnétique et la seconde paroi. La structure magnétique comporte un premier aimant à polarisation radiale (28) comportant une surface s'étendant axialement (34) et formant un bord supérieur (36) et un bord inférieur (38), un deuxième aimant à polarisation axiale (30) dont la surface radiale (40) s'étend radialement vers l'intérieur à partir du bord supérieur du premier aimant, et un troisième aimant à polarisation axiale (32) dont la surface radiale (42) s'étend radialement vers l'intérieur à partir du bord inférieur du premier aimant.
