Abstract

The present invention relates, in general, to an improvement of a hybrid connector, and a right angle female member and male members therefor. A male member (11) comprises a projection pin (11a) formed at one end and having a driver slot formed therein, and a flange (11b) and a screw hole (11c) formed at the other end, the flange having teeth formed thereon. Also, the other male member (12) comprises a screw portion (12a) provided at one end and threadedly engaged with a screw hole (11c) of the male member (11), a projection pin (12b) provided at the other end and having a driver slot formed therein, and a flange (12c) provided between the screw portion (12a) and the projection pin (12b). A right angle female member (13) comprises a body portion (13a) having six legs (13a1), a rectangular rod shaped body (13a2), and a plug portion receiving hole (13a3) formed through the body portion, and a cylindrical hollow plug portion (13b) having a first end (13b1) for fitting into the plug portion receving hole (13a3), a second end (13b2) in which a projection pin of a male member for a hybrid connector is fitted, and a flange portion (13b3) formed between the first and second ends. A hybrid connector is constituted by a suitable combination of the first and second male members (11 and 12) and the right angle female member (13) and provides for improved electrical passages which will enable large quantities of current to flow through them.

La présente invention concerne, d'une manière générale, un raccord hybride amélioré, ainsi qu'un élément femelle formant un angle droit et des éléments mâles prévus à cet effet. Un élément mâle (11) comporte une fiche saillante (11a) formée à une extrémité et présentant une fente de guidage, une bride (11b) et un trou à vis (11c) formé à l'autre extrémité, la bride étant dentée. L'autre élément mâle (12) comprend également une portion de vis (12a) prévue à une extrémité et vissée dans un trou à vis (11c) de l'élément mâle (11), une fiche saillante (12b) formée à l'autre extrémité et dotée d'une fente de guidage, et une bride (12c) située entre la portion de vis (12a) et la fiche saillante (12b). Un élément femelle (13) formant un angle droit comprend une portion de corps (13a) à six pattes (13a1), un corps de tige de forme rectangulaire (13a2) et un trou de réception (13a3) traversant le corps, une portion de fiche cylindrique femelle (13b) ayant une première extrémité (13b1) conçue pour s'adapter dans le trou de réception (13a3), une seconde extrémité (13b2) dans laquelle s'adapte une fiche saillante d'un élément mâle pour un raccord hybride et une portion de bride (13b3) formée entre les première et seconde extrémités. Un raccord hybride est constitué par une combinaison appropriée des premier et second éléments mâles (11 et 120 et de l'élément femelle (13) formant un angle droit. On obtient ainsi des passages électriques améliorés qui permettent le passage de courants élevés.
