In a device for sampling a liquid, including a sample container (10), a pump (12) and to the sample container (10), connected inlet means (22), first valve means (28) is provided at the inlet means (22). Prior to sampling the sample container (10) is isolated from the inlet means (22) in that the first valve means (28) is closed. The pump (12) thereupon creates a vacuum in the isolated sample container (10) and after that the first valve means (28) establishes connection between the inlet means (22) and the sample container (10) in order to momentary introduce a certain amount of the liquid to the sample container (10) through the inlet means (22) by means of the created vacuum. According to the invention the vacuum is built up to a sufficient degree for achieving such momentary sucking up of the liquid that its homogeneity does not have time to appreciatly change during the course of the sucking up. The invention relates to a method and a device.

Dispositif de prélèvement de liquide, comprenant un récipient d'échantillons (10), une pompe (12) et un système d'admission (22) raccordé au récipient d'échantillons (10), ainsi qu'une première vanne (28) au niveau du système d'admission. Avant le prélèvement, le récipient d'échantillons (10) est isolé du système d'admission (22) par la fermeture de la première vanne (28). La pompe (12) établit ensuite le vide dans le récipient d'échantillons isolé (10) après quoi la vanne (28) établit la communication entre le système d'admission (22) et le récipient d'échantillons (10) de manière à introduire temporairement une certaine quantité de liquide dans le récipient (10) par le système d'admission (22), grâce au vide créé. L'invention prévoit que le vide est établi à un degré suffisant pour obtenir une aspiration temporaire du liquide, de façon que l'homogénité de ce dernier n'ait pas le temps de varier sensiblement pendant l'aspiration. L'invention porte sur le procédé et le dispositif conçu à cet effet.
