Abstract
(EN)
A gas turbine engine (10) has a row of fan stator vanes (18) extending radially across a flow path (20) and joined to inner and outer cases (22 and 24). A vibration damping shroud (78) includes a radially extending chamber (84) for receiving one end of each stator vane in a primary vibration damping material (86). At least one pin receiving cavity (88), independent of the chamber, contains a secondary vibration damping material (92) which slidably engages a corresponding support pin (72) extending from the adjacent case (22) to anchor the vane to the case. The independence of the chamber and the cavity enables the use of different primary and secondary materials capable of satisfying conflicting performance requirements.

Un moteur (10) de turbine à gaz comporte une rangée d'aubes (18) de stator de ventilateur s'étendant radialement dans une voie d'écoulement (20) et assemblées aux revêtements intérieur et extérieur (22 et 24). Une bande de renforcement (78) amortissant les vibrations comprend une chambre s'étendant radialement (84) et réceptionne une extrémité de chaque aube de stator dans un matériau de base d'amortissement (86) des vibrations. Au moins une cavité (88) réceptionnant une broche, indépendante de la chambre, contient un second matériau amortissant les vibrations (92) qui vient en contact par coulissement avec une broche-support correspondante (72) s'étendant à partir du revêtement adjacent (22) pour fixer l'aube dans le revêtement. Du fait que la chambre et la cavité sont indépendantes l'une de l'autre, cela permet d'utiliser des matériaux primaires et secondaires pouvant satisfaire à des conditions de fonctionnement antagonistes.
