An oligonucleotide designated as 'Aptastruc' is disclosed, characterized in that it has an affinity for a non-linear DNA or RNA target nucleic acid sequence, and, particularly, that it is at least partially composed of a nucleic base sequence that prevents a canonical interaction with the target sequence from taking place and forms a complex with said target sequence.

La présente invention a pour objet un oligonucléotide dit Aptastruc caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une affinité pour une séquence cible d'acide nucléique ADN ou ARN à structure non linéaire. En particulier, il est constitué au moins en partie, d'une séquence de bases nucléiques qui ne permet pas une interaction canonique avec la séquence cible et il forme un complexe avec ladite séquence cible.
