Der anorganische Leichtwerkstoff besteht aus einem hydrothermal bei 120 °C bis 300 °C mit Wasserdampf verbundenen, in Formen gefüllten Gemisch aus feinvermahlenem Leichtzuschlag und etwa der gleichen Gewichtsmenge feinvermahlenem Erdalkalihydroxid oder einem trockenen, rieselfähigen Pulver, welches an der Oberfläche haftende Erdalkalisilikathydrate und/oder -gele aufweist, die erhältlich sind durch Kontakt von silikathaltigen Leichtzuschlägen mit wäßrigem Erdalkalihydroxid, Entfernung der überschüssigen flüssigen Phase und anschließendes Trocknen der festen Phase.

The inorganic lightweight material is composed of a mixture that is hydrothermally combined with water vapor at 120° to 300° C and set in molds and that consists of finely ground lightweight aggregate and approximately the same amount by weight of finely ground alkaline earth hydroxide or a dry pourable powder which has surface-adhesive alkaline earth silicate hydrates and/or gels that are produced by bringing silicate-containing lightweight aggregates into contact with aqueous alkaline earth hydroxide, removing the excess liquid phase and then drying the solid phase.

Le matériau léger inorganique se compose d'un mélange combiné hydrothermiquement entre 120 et 300 °C avec de la vapeur d'eau et versé dans des moules. Ce mélange comprend un agrégat léger finement moulu et une quantité approximativement équivalente d'hydroxyde alcalino-terreux finement moulu ou une poudre coulante sèche qui présente des hydrates siliciques et/ou des gels alcalino-terreux adhérant à la surface et s'obtenant par mise en contact d'agrégats légers contenant du silicate avec de l'hydroxyde alcalino-terreux aqueux, par élimination de la phase liquide surnageante, puis par séchage de la phase solide.
