Abstract

Nachbearbeitungswerkzeug für die Präzisionsbearbeitung von Löchern bestehend aus einem Einspannteil, einem Mitnehmerkopf und einem austauschbaren Schneidteil mit mindestens drei auf seinem Umfang verteilten Schneiden, die mit deren Tragschaft verbunden sind. Der zylinderförmige Tragschaft (9) des Schneidteiles (10) ist mit einem Mitnehmerstift (14) versehen, der wenigstens auf einer Seite aus dem Tragschaft (9) herausragt, wobei die rohrförmige Wand des Mitnehmerkopfes (7) des Schaftes (4) mit mindestens einer Stütznut (15) versehen ist und die Seitenflächen (17) der Stütznuten (15) mit den Mantellinien des zylinderförmigen Hohlraumes (8) einen Winkel im Bereich von 75 bis 105° einschließen.

The proposed finishing tool for the precision machining of holes consists of a chuck unit, a driving head and an interchangeable cutting element with at least three blades spaced around its circumference and connected to their supporting shaft. The cylindrical supporting shaft (9) of the cutting element (10) is provided with a drive pin (14) which projects from the supporting shaft (9) on at least one side; the tubular wall of the driving head (7) of the shaft (4) is provided with at least one support groove (15) and the side faces (17) of the support grooves (15) together with the surface lines of the cylindrical hollow space (8) enclose an angle of between 75 and 105°.

L'invention concerne un outil de finition pour l'usinage de précision de trous, ledit outil comprenant un élément de fixation, une tête d'entraînement et un élément coupant interchangeable pourvu d'au moins trois lames réparties sur sa périphérie et reliées à leur tige de support. La tige de support cylindrique (9) de l'élément coupant (10) est munie d'une broche d'entraînement (14) dépassant au moins d'un côté de la tige de support (9). La paroi tubulaire de la tête d'entraînement (7) de la tige (4) est munie d'au moins une gorge d'appui (15) et les surfaces latérales (17) des gorges d'appui (15) forment avec les génératrices de la cavité cylindrique (8) un angle compris entre 75 et 105°.
