Erfindungsgemäß wird eine modifizierte PAN-Membran auf Basis eines Polymerblends bereitgestellt. Dieses Polymerblend besteht aus a) einem PAN-Homopolymer oder einem acrylnitrilhaltigen Copolymer, und b) einem zumindest weitgehend hydroxylaminbeständigen Polymer. Die aus diesem Polymerblend hergestellte unmodifizierte Membran wird nachträglich mit Hydroxylamin behandelt und somit modifiziert. Die erfindungsgemäß modifizierte PAN-Membran kann insbesondere für die Schwermetallabtrennung bei hohen Durchflußraten im Prozeß der Niederdruckumkehrosmose oder Nanofiltration eingesetzt werden.

According to the invention, a modified polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membrane is produced using a polymer blend. The polymer blend in question consists of (a) a PAN-homopolymer or an acrylonitrile-containing copolymer, and (b) a polymer which is at least largely resistant to hydroxylamine. The unmodified membrane produced from this polymer blend is subsequently treated, and thereby modified, with hydroxylamine. The modified PAN membrane according to the invention can be used in particular for the extraction of heavy metals in low-pressure reverse osmosis or nanofiltration processes carried out at high flow-through rates.

L'invention concerne une membrane de polyacrylonitrile (PAN) modifiée, produite à base d'un alliage polymère. Cet alliage polymère comprend (a) un homopolymère de PAN ou un copolymère contenant de l'acrylonitrile, et (b) un polymère résistant au moins en grande partie à l'hydroxylamine. La membrane non modifiée produite à base de cet alliage polymère est traitée ultérieurement avec une hydroxylamine et ainsi modifiée. Cette membrane de PAN ainsi modifiée peut être utilisée en particulier pour la séparation des métaux lourds, avec des débits élevés, dans le procédé d'osmose inverse basse pression ou dans la nanofiltration.
