Abstract
(EN)
The novel compound which is the reverse amino acid sequence of a naturally occurring peptide will elicit an immune response when introduced into an organism. Antibodies raised to this reverse compound act as antagonist to the naturally occurring peptide thereby mimicking the natural peptide's physiological effect on the organism's system. Precisely, antibodies specific to reverse choleocystokinin elicit the same response in avians and mammals as naturally occurring choleocystokinin, that being an increase in satiety and a decrease in food consumption.

Le nouveau composé de l'invention qui est la séquence d'acides aminés inverse d'un peptide naturel déclenchera une réponse immune lorsqu'il sera introduit dans un organisme. Les anticorps dirigés contre ce composé inverse agissent comme antagonistes contre le peptide naturel, stimulant ainsi l'effet physiologique du peptide naturel sur le système de l'organisme. Précisément, les anticorps spécifiques à la choléocystokinine inverse déclenchent la même réponse chez les oiseaux et les mammifères que la choléocystokinine naturelle, ce qui représente une augmentation jusqu'à satiété et une diminution de la consommation d'aliments.
