Verfahren zur Herstellung neuartiger Getreidekleber-Fraktionen aus Getreidekleber, wobei der Getreidekleber zunächst einer Extraktion mit Alkohol unterworfen wird und der Extrakt anschließend zentrifugiert und in einen Überstand und ein erstes Sediment aufgetrennt wird, wobei man den Überstand aus der Zentrifugation sedimentieren läßt und das abgeschiedene zweite Sediment und den zweiten Überstand trennt und gegebenenfalls getrennt weiterverarbeitet.

A method is proposed of producing novel cereal gluten fractions from cereal gluten: the cereal gluten is first submitted to an extraction using alcohol and the extract is then centrifuged and divided into a residue and a first sediment; the residue from the centrifugation is allowed to sediment out and the separated second sediment and second residue are separated and, where appropriate, undergo further processing separately.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de nouvelles fractions de gluten de céréales, consistant à soumettre tout d'abord le gluten de céréales à une extraction par alcool puis à centrifuger l'extrait obtenu qui est ensuite séparé en un premier sédiment et en un excédent. On fait ensuite sédimenter l'excédent obtenu par centrifugation, puis on sépare le second sédiment séparé et le second excédent, et on effectue éventuellement un traitement ultérieur séparé.
