Abstract

The present invention relates to an additive mixture for use in the preparation of frozen, microwaveable, pre-cooked food products. The additive mixture is used to prepare a batter composition, which in turn is used to prepare such frozen food products. The present invention further relates to a batter composition used to prepare frozen, microwaveable, pre-cooked food products. The batter contains the additive mixture of the present invention. The present invention still further relates to a dry mixture which, when combined with water and other optional ingredients, is used to prepare frozen, microwaveable, pre-cooked food products. The present invention still futher relates to a frozen, microwaveable, pre-cooked food product prepared by a batter containing the additive mixture of the present invention.

La présente invention concerne un mélange additif destiné à la préparation de produits alimentaires surgelés, précuits et supportant les micro-ondes. Le mélange additif sert à préparer une composition de pâte à frire, qui à son tour, sert à préparer de tels produits alimentaires surgelés. L'invention concerne également une composition de pâte à frire utilisée pour la préparation de produits alimentaires surgelés, précuits et supportant les micro-ondes, la pâte à frire contenant le mélange additif de la présente invention. L'invention concerne en outre un mélange sec qui, combiné avec de l'eau et d'autres ingrédients éventuels, s'utilise pour la préparation de produits alimentaires surgelés, précuits et supportant les micro-ondes. L'invention concerne enfin un produit alimentaire surgelé, précuit et supportant les micro-ondes, et préparé avec une pâte à frire contenant le mélange additif de la présente invention.
