Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung kurzer Laserpulse für einen Dauerstrichlaser. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß intrakavitär eine Shutter-Vorrichtung, die den Strahlengang unterbricht, vorgesehen ist. Alternativ ist der Laser im Stand-by-Modus zu betreiben und weist eine Spannungsentladeschaltung auf, die den Laser kurzzeitig auf hohe Strahlungsleistungen hebt.

A short laser pulse generator for continuous-wave lasers is characterised in that it has an intracavity shutter that interrupts the beam path. Alternatively, the laser is operated in a stand-by mode and has a voltage discharge circuit that temporarily increases the laser radiation power to high levels.

Un générateur de courtes impulsions laser pour lasers continus se caractérise en ce qu'il contient un obturateur intracavité qui interrompt le trajet des faisceaux. En variante, le laser est exploité en un mode d'attente et comprend un circuit de décharge de tension qui augmente temporairement la puissance de rayonnement du laser jusqu'à des valeurs élevées.
