Abstract

A Cu-Mg-Sn alloy conductor which exhibits high electric conductivity, high strength, heat resistance and abrasion resistance to be suitable to conductors for railway. The copper alloy of the invention consists of Mg of 0.1-0.5 wt.% and Sn of 0.1-0.6 wt.% in which sum of Mg and Sn must not exceed 0.7 wt.%.

Conducteur en alliage Cu-Mg-Sn à conductivité électrique élevée et à résistance mécanique, résistance thermique et résistance à l'abrasion élevées, utilisable comme conducteur dans les équipements ferroviaires. Cet alliage de cuivre contient 0,1 à 0,5 % en poids de Mg et 0,1 à 0,6 % en poids de Sn, le total de Mg + Sn ne pouvant dépasser 0,7 % en poids.
