Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Positionierantrieb, der insbesondere für Werkzeugmaschinen verwendet wird, und der einen Hydromotor (10) mit einer einer Motorwelle (18) drehbaren und mit einer Steuerkurve (19) versehenen Steuerscheibe (17), ein Steuerventil (12), das mit dem Hydromotor (10) eine Baueinheit mit einem vorzugsweise mehrteiligen Gehäuse (37, 46) bildet und einen zwischen mehreren Stellungen verschiebbaren Ventilkolben (15) aufweist, ein Steuerelement (16), über das der Ventilkolben (15) an der Steuerscheibe (17) abstützbar ist, und ein betrieblich zwischen dem Steuerelement (16) und dem Ventilkolben (15) und koaxial zum Ventilkolben (15) angeordnetes Justierelement (65) besitzt, durch dessen relative Verstellung zum Ventilkolben (15) die relative Lage zwischen Ventilkolben (15) und Steuerelement (16) veränderbar ist und dessen Lage zum Ventilkolben (15) durch ein lösbares Sicherungselement (72, 80) sicherbar ist. Um die Lage zwischen Ventilkolben (15) und Steuerelement (16) auf sehr einfache Weise justieren zu können, ist das äußere der beiden Teile Ventilkolben (15) und Justierelement (65) durch das Gehäuse nach außen geführt, und ist das Sicherungselement (72, 80) außerhalb des Gehäuses zugänglich.

The invention concerns a positioning drive which is used in particular for machine tools and which comprises a hydraulic motor (10). The hydraulic motor comprises: a control disc (17) which is rotatable with a motor shaft (18) and is provided with a radial cam (19); a control valve (12) which, with the hydraulic motor (10), forms a unit with a preferably multi-part housing (37, 46) and comprises a valve piston (15) which can be displaced between a plurality of settings; a control component (16) by means of which the valve piston (15) can be supported on the control disc (17); and an adjusting component (65) which is operatively disposed between the control component (16) and the valve piston (15) and is coaxial to the latter. The relative position between the valve piston (15) and control component (16) can be varied by the relative adjustment of the adjusting component (65) to the valve piston (15). The position of the adjusting component (65) relative to the valve piston (15) can be secured by a releasable securing component. In order to be able to adjust the position between the valve piston (15) and the control component (16) very simply, the outer of the two parts, valve piston (15) and adjusting component (65), is guided outwards through the housing and the securing component (72, 80) is accessible externally of the housing.

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de commande de positionnement utilisé en particulier pour des machines-outils, comprenant un moteur hydraulique (10) comportant un disque de commande (17) entraîné en rotation par un arbre moteur (18) et muni d'une came de commande (19), une vanne-pilote (12) formant, avec le moteur hydraulique (10), une unité présentant une enveloppe (37, 46), de préférence en plusieurs parties, un piston (15) pouvant être déplacé entre plusieurs positions, un élément de commande (16) par l'intermédiaire duquel le piston (15) peut être supporté sur le disque de commande (17), ainsi qu'un élément de réglage (65), monté de manière fonctionnelle entre l'élément de commande (16) et le piston (15) et coaxialement par rapport à celui-ci, dont le déplacement relatif par rapport au piston (15) permet de faire varier la position relative entre le piston (15) et l'élément de commande (16), et dont la position par rapport au piston (15) est verrouillable au moyen d'un élément de verrouillage (72, 80) libérable.
