Refreshment beverages with a low alcohol content can be obtained from a basic mixture formed of grape derivatives (wine, must, vermut) which have been previously made, and carbon dioxide and water, mixed together in any order in an industrial continuous mixer. To this mixture, sweeteners, acids, essences or juices may be added at any time of the preparation process.

Mezcla y envasado de derivados de la uva, anhídrido carbónico y agua. Se obtienen bebidas refrescantes de bajo contenido alcohólico a partir de una mezcla básica formada por derivados de la uva -vino, mosto, vermut - previamente elaborados, anhídrido carbónico y agua, mezclados en cualquier orden en un mezclador en continuo de tipo industrial. A esta mezcla se le puede adicionar edulcorantes, ácidos, esencias o zumos en cualquier momento del proceso de elaboración.

On obtient des boissons rafraîchissantes ayant une faible teneur en alcool à partir d'un mélange de base constitué de dérivés du raisin, à savoir vin, moût, vermout, élaborés antérieurement, d'anhydride carbonique et d'eau, mélangés dans n'importe quel ordre dans un mélangeur en continu de type industriel. A ce mélange on peut ajouter des édulcorants, des acides, des essences ou des jus à tout moment du procédé d'élaboration.
