Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Lösung eines Polyacrylatharzes in mindestens einem organischen Lösemittel mit einem Gehalt an mindestens einem Phosphit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lösung 0,05 bis 1,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf den Festkörpergehalt der Acrylatharzlösung, mindestens eines Phosphits enthält und daß das Phosphit zumindest teilweise oder vollständig nach der Polymerisationsreaktion bei einer Temperatur, die unterhalb der Polymerisationstemperatur liegt, zugegeben worden ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft außerdem Überzugsmittel, die diese Polyacrylatharzlösungen enthalten, deren Einsatz in Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen, schützenden und/oder dekorativen Überzuges auf einer Substratoberfläche sowie die Verwendung der Überzugsmittel im Bereich der Autoreparaturlackierung.

The invention concerns a solution of a polyacrylate resin in at least one organic solvent containing at least one phosphite. The invention is characterized in that the solution contains, relative to the solids content of the acrylate resin solution, 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of at least one phosphite, and in that the phosphite is added at least partially or completely after the polymerisation reaction, at a temperature below the polymerisation temperature. The present invention further concerns coating agents containing these polyacrylate resin solutions, their use in methods for realizing a multi-layer, protective and/or decorative coating on a substrate surface, and the use of the coating agents in the area of car repair paintwork.

L'invention a pour objet une solution d'une résine polyacrylate dans au moins un solvant organique renfermant au moins un phosphite, caractérisé en ce que la solution renferme 0,05 à 1,0 % en poids d'au moins un phosphite, par rapport à la teneur en matières solides de la solution de résine acrylate, et en ce que le phosphite est ajouté au moins en partie ou en totalité, après la réaction de polymérisation, à une température inférieure à la température de polymérisation. L'invention concerne en outre des agents d'enduction renfermant ces solutions de résines polyacrylate, leur utilisation dans des procédés de réalisation d'un revêtement multicouche protecteur et/ou décoratif sur la surface d'un substrat, ainsi que l'application de tels agents d'enduction dans les travaux de peinture en réparation automobile.
