Nach dem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Solargeneratoren und dessen Anwendung bei der Herstellung eines Hybridkollektors werden in eine Form auf dünnem, transparentem, aushärtbarem Harz (1) Solarzellenmodule (2) wahlfrei verschalten ausgelegt und allseitig in diesem Harz (1) voll bedeckt, bereits im Deckharz eingebettet und danach mit dem aushärtbaren Harz (1) zu einem Teil glasfaserverstärkten Kunstharzlaminat (3) verbunden, im glasfaserverstärkten Kunstharzlaminat (3) wird ein Hohlraum (5) z.B. durch eine noppenartig abstützende Einlage (7) mit Zugangsstutzen (6) für eine Flüssigkeit ausgebildet, anschließend eine Isolierplatte (8) und eine reflektierende Folie (9) angeharzt sowie das glasfaserverstärkte Kunstharzlaminat (3) auf der Außenseite mit einer Versiegelung (4) versehen und der Hybridkollektor entformt.

In the process for producing solar generators and its use in the production of a hybrid collector, randomly connected solar cell modules (2) are laid out in a mould on thin, transparent, curable resin (1) and completely covered thereby on all sides, potted in the coating resin, and then bonded with the curable resin (1) to form a partly glass-fibre-reinforced synthetic resin laminate (3). A hollow space (5) is formed in the glass-fibre-reinforced synthetic resin laminate (3), e.g. by means of knob-like supporting insert (7) with access stubs (6) for a liquid, an insulating plate (8) and a reflective foil (9) are then coated with resin, the glass-fibre-reinforced synthetic resin laminate (3) is sealed (4) on the outside and the hybrid collector is removed from the mould.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de générateurs solaires et son application dans la production d'un capteur hybride. Des modules de cellules solaires (2) sont placés et reliés de manière aléatoire dans un moule sur une fine couche de résine (1) transparente thermodurcissable dont ils sont totalement recouverts, d'ores et déjà enrobés de résine de couverture, et sont ensuite combinés avec la résine (1) thermodurcissable pour donner lieu à un stratifié en résine synthétique (3) renforcé par fibres de verre, dans lequel une cavité (5) est pratiquée, par ex. à l'aide d'une pièce (7) de soutien creuse et cloisonnée, insérée et munie de tubulures de branchement (6) pour un liquide. Une plaque isolante (8) et une feuille (9) réfléchissante sont ensuite recouvertes de résine et le stratifié en résine synthétique (3) renforcé par fibres de verre est pourvu d'un scellement (4) sur sa face extérieure et le collecteur hybride est démoulé.
