Abstract

Ein Sicherungseinsatz, der vor allem als sog. Stützpunktabsicherung bzw. als Hauptsicherung in Kraftfahrzeugen Verwendung findet, weist vor allem zwei Anschlußelemente mit einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Schmelzleiter auf und wird von einem Gehäuse umschlossen. Zur Verbesserung der Fertigung, der Handhabung und der mechanischen sowie elektrischen Eigenschaften ist vorgesehen, daß die Anschlußelemente (2a, 2b) mit dem Schmelzleiter (10) aus einem einteilig aus Blechmaterial hergestellten oder durch Verbinden von Teilen hergestellten Metallelement bestehen und die inneren Bereiche der Anschlußelemente (2a, 2b) mit dem den Zwischenraum überbrückenden Schmelzleiter (19) zum Umschließen des Metallelements mit dem Gehäuse (1) im wesentlichen flächenbündig mit der Teilungsebene (1e) des Gehäuses (1) in eine erste (1a) der beiden gehäusehälften (1a, 1b) eingelegt und dort in vorbestimmter Lage durch Positionierungsmittel (1c; 3, 5; 6, 7; 4) gehalten sind und anschließend die zweite Gehäusehälfte (1b) als Deckel zum Verschließen des Gehäuses (1) auf die erste Gehäusehälfte (1a) aufgesetzt, mittels der Positioniermittel (3) in eine vorgegebene Lage gegenüber der ersten Gehäusehälfte (1a) gebracht und befestigt ist.

A fuse link, useful above all as back-up fuse protection or as main fuse protection in motor vehicles, has two connecting elements with a fuse lead arranged therebetween and is enclosed in a housing. In order to improve its manufacture, its handling and its mechanical and electric properties, the connecting elements (2a, 2b) and the fuse lead (10) constitute a metal element made of a single piece of sheet metal or of assembled parts. In order to enclose the metal element in the housing (1), the inner areas of the connecting elements (2a, 2b), together with their bridging fuse lead (19), are laid in a first half (1a) of the housing (1), substantially flush with the parting plane (1e) of the housing (1), and are retained there in a predetermined position by positioning means (1c; 3, 5; 6, 7; 4). The second half (1b) of the housing (1) is then set as a lid on the first half (1a) of the housing to close the housing (1), is brought by positioning means (3) into a predetermined position in relation to the first half (1a) of the housing and is secured thereto.

Une cartouche fusible, utile surtout comme protection électrique d'appoint ou comme protection électrique principale dans des véhicules à moteur, est enfermée dans un boîtier et comprend surtout deux éléments de raccordement entre lesquels est monté un conducteur fusible. Afin d'améliorer sa fabrication, sa manipulation et ses propriétés mécaniques et électriques, les éléments de raccordement (2a, 2b) et le conducteur fusible (10) forment un élément constitué d'une seule tôle ou d'un assemblage de différentes pièces. Afin d'enfermer l'élément métallique dans le boîtier (1), les zones intérieures des éléments de raccordement (2a, 2b) sont posés dans une première moitié (1a) du boîtier avec le conducteur fusible (19) qui enjambe l'espace intermédiaire entre les éléments de raccordement (2a, 2b), sensiblement à fleur du plan de séparation (1e) du boîtier (1), et y sont retenues dans une position prédéterminée par des éléments de positionnement (1c; 3, 5; 6, 7; 4). La deuxième moitié (1b) du boîtier est ensuite posée sur la première moitié (1a) du boîtier, à la manière d'un couvercle, afin de fermer le boîtier (1), est amenée par les éléments de positionnement (3) à une position prédéterminée par rapport à la première moitié (1a) du boîtier et y est assujettie.
