Abstract

An energy concentration device, which comprises a main collector dish (MR), a supplementary means (SR) and a receiver (P). Radiant energy, such as solar energy is reflected from the main collector (MR) to a zone on the supplementary reflector (SR) which is then focused to the reveiver (P). This enables the receiver (P) to be provided at a fixed position, such as on the ground or at a distant location, enabling easy access and reduced costs in maintenance, etc. of a solar energy absorber, the elimination of flexible or rotary joints, etc. The main collector (MR) can be constructed of a plurality of flat or curved reflector panels, also reducing the costs of the collector (MR). A modified form is to eliminate the supplementary reflector (SR) and position the receiver (P) in its place.

Dispositif de concentration d'énergie, comprenant un capteur paraboloïde principal (MR), un réflecteur auxiliaire (SR) et un récepteur (P). De l'énergie rayonnante, telle que l'énergie solaire, est réfléchie par le capteur principal (MR) jusqu'à une zone située sur le réflecteur auxiliaire (SR), de façon à être concentrée sur le récepteur (P).
