Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Hydrauliknotsteuerung für eine zwischen einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Getriebe angeordnete hydraulisch betätigte Reibungskupplung (10) als Teil einer elektrisch-hydraulischen Kupplungssteuerung, bei der eine hydrostatische Pumpe (1) zur Speisung mindestens einer Arbeitsleitung (11) an einer Abtriebswelle des Verbrennungsmotors angekuppelt ist. Dabei ist in der Arbeitsleitung (11) ein Drosselventil (2) angeordnet. Vor und nach dem Drosselventil (2) zweigt jeweils mindestens eine Steuerleitung (13 und 14) ab, wobei die Steuerleitungen mit einem Schaltventil (4) in Verbindung stehen, das die Druckbeaufschlagung der Reibungskupplung (10) steuert oder bewerkstelligt. Diese Hydrauliknotschaltung hält trotz der Verwendung einfacher Schaltungsbauteile den Kupplungsverschleiß während des Einkuppelvorganges durch sanftes Einkuppeln klein. Ein schnelles und sicheres Auskuppeln wirkt ebenfalls verschleißmindernd und verhindert ein ungewolltes Abschalten des Verbrennungsmotors.

The invention relates to a hydraulic emergency control for a hydraulically actuated friction clutch (10) fitted between an internal combustion engine and a gearbox as part of an electro-hydraulic clutch control, in which a hydrostatic pump (1) to supply at least one working line (11) is coupled to an output shaft of the internal combustion engine. There is a throttle valve (2) in the working line (11). Up and downstream of the throttle valve there branches off at least one control line (13 and 14) and the control lines are connected to a pilot valve (4) which controls or triggers the application of pressure to the friction clutch (10). The hydraulic node circuit keeps the clutch slip during clutch engagement low through gentle engagement despite the use of simple actuating components. Fast and reliable disengagement also reduces wear and prevents the engine from stalling.

L'invention concerne une commande hydraulique de secours pour un embrayage à friction (10) actionné hydrauliquement et monté entre un moteur à combustion interne et une boîte de vitesses, qui fait partie d'une commande d'embrayage électro-hydraulique, dans laquelle une pompe (1) hydrostatique servant à alimenter au moins une conduite de travail (11) est accouplée à un arbre de sortie du moteur à combustion interne. A cet effet, un papillon (2) est monté dans la conduite de travail (11). En amont et en aval du papillon (2), au moins une conduite de commande (13) et (14) se divise et les conduites de commande sont reliées à une soupape de commande (4) qui module et applique la pression à l'embrayage à friction (10). Ce circuit de commande hydraulique maintient l'usure de l'embrayage à un niveau bas pendant le processus d'embrayage, en dépit de l'utilisation de composants de circuit simples. Un débrayage rapide et fiable réduit également l'usure et évite que le moteur ne cale de manière intempestive.
