Abstract

A hydraulic piston machine (1) is disclosed, having a cylinder body (2), which has at least one cylinder (5), in which a piston (6) is arranged to move back and forth and bears by way of a slide shoe (9) against a control surface, and having a pressure plate (15) which holds the slide shoe (9) in engagement with the control surface (14). It is desirable to be able to operate such a machine also with a fluid that has no or only poor lubricating properties. To that end, the pressure plate (15) and/or the control surface (14) is provided with a layer (21, 26) of a friction-reducing plastics material at least in one of the regions with which in operation they rub against other parts (9, 17).

L'invention concerne une machine (1) a piston hydraulique comportant un corps de cylindre (2), lequel présente au moins un cylindre (5), dans lequel un piston (6) est agencé pour effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient et s'appuie par un patin coulissant (9) contre une surface de commande, et présentant une plaque d'appui (15) maintenant le patin coulissant (9) en contact avec la surface de commande (14). Il est souhaitable de permettre à cette machine de fonctionner également avec un fluide ne présentant pas ou peu de propriétés lubrifiantes. Pour ce faire, la plaque d'appui (15) et/ou la surface de commande (14) est/sont dotée(s) d'une couche (21, 26) d'une matière plastique réduisant les frottements, au moins dans une des régions par lesquelles, lors du fonctionnement, elles frottent contre d'autres parties (9, 17).
