Abstract

A pair of nutating gears (10, 20) restrain the rotation of a wobbler portion (14) of a split swash-plate in variable and fixed displacement hydraulic machines. Each pair includes an internal gear (10) fixed to a housing (12) and an external gear (20) fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the wobbler. The tooth configuration of the gears can be any one of four different designs (Figure 7, 9A and 9B, 12B, 13A and 13B), which allow the gears to simultaneously share two centers of meshing engagement when nutating, while not interfering with the complex lemniscate motion of the wobbler.

L'invention se rapporte principalement à un engrenage en nutation (10, 20) qui a pour fonction de limiter la rotation de la partie oscillante (14) d'un disque en nutation fendu des machines hydrauliques à cylindrée variable et à cylindrée constante. Chaque engrenage se compose d'une roue intérieure (10) fixée à un corps (12) et d'une roue extérieure (20) fixée à la surface circonférentielle extérieure du plateau oscillant. Quatre structures dentées différentes des roues sont possibles (figures 7, 9A et 9B, 12B, 13A et 13B), leur conférant simultanément deux centres d'engrènement pendant leur nutation, sans interférer avec le mouvement complexe en lemniscate du plateau oscillant.
