Abstract
(EN)
A sacrificial anode sub (150) and method are dislosed which provide a lower voltage at the approximately located bit (202) than at the sacrificial anode (162) disposed on sub (150) to thereby deter bit balling. An electromotive force (emf) dynamo (180) is built into the sacrificial anode sub (150) to provide direct current voltage source for this purpose. Annular insulator (170) electrically insulates sacrificial anode (162) from tubular body (152). An electrical connection to drill bit (202) is made through threaded lower connector (160) with bit (202). Impeller (182) rotates in response to drilling fluid flow (184) to rotate the rotor assembly (186) of dynamo (180).

Raccord (150) d'anode sacrificielle et procédé générant sur le trépan voisin (202) une tension inférieure à celle de l'anode sacrificielle (162) fixée au raccord (150), afin d'empêcher l'embourbage du trépan. Une dynamo (180) produisant une force électromotrice (FEM), intégrée audit raccord (150), produit une tension de courant continu à cet usage. Un isolateur annulaire (170) isole l'anode sacrificielle (162) du corps tubulaire (152). Une liaison électrique avec le trépan (202) est assurée par l'intermédiaire d'un connecteur fileté inférieur (160). Une turbine (182), entraînée par le flux de liquide de forage (184), actionne le rotor (186) de la dynamo (180).
