A process for producing 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) by the reaction of hexafluoropropene (HFP) with anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (HF) in the presence of an antimony catalyst, whereby HFC-227ea can be produced in a high yield without giving by-products under mild reaction conditions.

Un procédé de production de 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) consiste à faire réagir de l'hexafluoropropène (HFP) avec l'acide fluorhydrique anhydre (HF) en présence d'un catalyseur à l'antimoine. Le HFC-227ea peut être obtenu à haut rendement dans des conditions de réaction modérées.
