A container (20) for solids or liquids is formed to have two walls (14, 24) which converge and meet at the apex thereof. A container opening (30) is formed at the apex. Each of the walls (14, 24) converging at the apex is extended beyond the apex to form a flap or spout (34) hingedly connected to the container at its apex. The contents may be sealed in the container by making the flap or spout (34) to be an enclosed triangular shape and/or by sealing the flap or spout (34) against one of the converging walls (14, 24). Thus, access to the contents of the container requires either that the triangular spout or flap (34) be cut, and/or that it be unsealed from the wall (14, 24). The container may be resealed by applying a plastic clip (60) to the folded flap or spout (34) and/or by providing reusable fastening means to selectively retain the flap or spout (34) against one of the converging walls (14, 24). The container (20) has a triangular configuration at its apex. This configuration may be continued throughout the whole of the container or it may be provided at its upper portion only.

On forme un récipient (20) destiné à des matières solides ou liquides de sorte qu'il comporte deux parois (14, 24) qui convergent et se rejoignent en son sommet. Une ouverture (30) est formée au sommet dudit récipient. Chacune des parois (14, 24) qui convergent au sommet s'étend au-delà du sommet pour former un rabat ou un bec (34) connecté rabattable au récipient au niveau de son sommet. Le contenu peut être enfermé dans le récipient lorsqu'on donne au rabat ou au bec une forme triangulaire incluse et/ou lorsqu'on soude le rabat ou le bec (34) contre une des parois convergentes (14, 24). Par conséquent, pour accéder au contenu du récipient il est nécessaire de couper le rabat ou le bec triangulaire (34) et/ou de détacher le rabat/le bec de la paroi (14, 24). On peut refermer le récipient en plaçant une pince (60) en plastique sur le rabat ou le bec replié (34) et/ou en utilisant un moyen d'attache réutilisable pour retenir sélectivement le rabat ou le bec (34) contre une des parois convergentes (14, 24). Le récipient (20) présente une une configuration triangulaire à son sommet. Cette configuration peut être poursuivie sur la totalité du récipient on ne peut être présente qu'au niveau de sa partie supérieure.
