Abstract
(EN)
A decorative material for application by an ink jet printer onto a ceramic material, the decorative material comprising a mixture of nitrates and glycine. Following printing onto a ceramic article the article and hence material thereon is warmed so that the glycine reacts with the nitrates to form nano sized particles of the respective oxides to provide a required colour decoration.

On décrit une substance de décoration qu'on peut appliquer sur un matériau céramique avec une imprimante à jet d'encre. Cette substance de décoration comprend un mélange de nitrates et de glycine. Après impression sur un article en céramique, ce dernier, et donc la substance imprimée, est chauffé pour que la glycine réagisse avec les nitrates pour former des nanoparticules des oxydes donnant respectivement une couleur requise pour la décoration.
