Bei bekannten elektromagnetisch betätigbaren Ventilen besteht die Ventilnadel aus einem rohrförmigen Anker, einem hülsenförmigen Verbindungsrohr und einem Ventilschließglied. Der Brennstoff strömt dabei im Inneren der Ventilnadel bis zum Ventilschließglied und tritt dann über Querbohrungen in der Ventilnadel in Richtung zum Ventilsitz aus. Die neue Ventilnadel (34) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß das den Anker (36) und des Ventilschließglied (37) verbindende Verbindungsteil (32) aus einem Profilhalbzeug hergestellt ist. Das profilierte Verbindungsteil (32) bildet zusammen mit dem Anker (36) Strömungskanäle. Der durch die Strömungskanäle strömende Brennstoff gelangt stromabwärts der Strömungskanäle außerhalb des Verbindungsteils (32) bis hin zum Ventilsitz (22). Brennstoffaustrittsöffnungen im Verbindungsteil (32) sind also nicht erforderlich. Die Ventilnadel eignet sich besonders für Einspritzventile in Brennstoffeinspritzanlagen von gemischverdichtenden fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschinen.

In prior art solenoid valves, the valve needle consists of a tubular armature, a sleeve-like connection tube and an obturator element. Fuel can thus flow inside the valve needle up to the obturator element to emerge through lateral bores in the needle in the direction of the valve seat. The valve needle (34) proposed is characterized in that the element (32) connecting the armature (36) and the obturator element (37) is made from a semifinished shaped section. Together, the shaped-section connection element (32) and the armature (36) form flow channels. The fuel flowing through the flow channels passes, downstream of the channels, outside the connection element (32) to the valve seat (22). No fuel outlets are therefore necessary in the connection element (32). The valve needle is particularly suitable for use in fuel-injection valves in mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal-combustion engines.

Dans les électrovannes de type connu, l'aiguille d'injection est constituée par un induit tubulaire, un tube de raccordement en forme de manchon et un élément d'obturation de vanne. Le carburant s'écoule à l'intérieur de l'aiguille jusqu'à l'élément d'obturation et sort ensuite, par des orifices transversaux dans l'aiguille d'injection, en direction du siège de vanne. La nouvelle aiguille d'injection (34) est caractérisée en ce que l'élément de raccordement (32) reliant l'induit (36) à l'élément obturateur de vanne (37) est fabriqué à partir d'un semi-produit profilé. L'élément de raccordement profilé (32) forme, conjointement avec l'induit (36), des conduits d'écoulement. Le carburant s'écoulant à travers ces conduits circule, en aval de ceux-ci, à l'extérieur de l'élément de raccordement (32) jusqu'au siège de vanne (22). Il s'ensuit qu'il n'y a plus lieu de prévoir des orifices de sortie de carburant dans l'élément de raccordement (32). L'aiguille d'injection convient notamment pour des vannes d'injection de carburant dans des systèmes d'injection de carburant de moteurs à combustion interne avec compression du mélange et à allumage commandé.
