Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Depolymerisation von Alt- und Abfallkunststoffen umfassend einen geschlossenen Reaktor und ein dem Reaktor angeschlossenes Kreislaufsystem zum schonenden Aufheizen des Reaktorinhalts sowie ein Verfahren zur Depolymerisation von Alt- und Abfallkunststoffen. Zum Schutz des Kreislaufsystems vor Erosion durch im Reaktorinhalt enthaltene Festkörperpartikel ist der Reaktor so ausgelegt, daß der in das Kreislaufsystem abgezogene Reaktorinhalt vor seinem Eintritt in die Abzugsleitung eine in den Reaktor integrierte Steigstrecke zur Abtrennung gröberer Festkörperpartikel mit entsprechend hoher Sinkgeschwindigkeit durchläuft.
(EN) A device for depolymerising old and waste plastics has a closed reactor and a recycling system connected to the reactor for gently heating the content of the reactor. Also disclosed is a process for depolymerising old and waste plastics. In order to protect the recycling system from erosion caused by solid particles of the reactor content, the reactor has an integral ascending section for separating the coarse solid particles through which the reactor content drawn into the recycling system flows at a correspondingly increased settling speed before entering the discharge duct.
(FR) Un dispositif de dépolymérisation de matières plastiques usagées et de récupération comprend un réacteur fermé et un système de recyclage relié au réacteur qui sert à chauffer délicatement le contenu du réacteur. Afin de protéger le système de recyclage de l'érosion causée par des particules solides faisant partie du contenu du réacteur, le réacteur comprend une section montante de séparation des grosses particules solides à travers laquelle le contenu du réacteur qui pénètre dans le système de recyclage s'écoule à une vitesse de dépôt accrue avant son entrée dans le conduit de décharge. L'invention concerne également un procédé de dépolymérisation de matières plastiques usées et résiduelles.
