Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to the modulation and/or inhibition of cell signaling, cell proliferation, cell inflammatory response, the control of abnormal cell growth and cell reproduction. More specifically, this invention relates to the use of mono- and/or bicyclic aryl or heteroaryl quinazoline compounds in inhibiting cell proliferation, including compounds which are useful protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitors. The method of treating cell proliferation and/or differentiation or mediator release using said quinazoline compounds and their use in pharmaceutical compositions is described.
(FR) L'invention concerne la modulation et/ou l'inhibition de la signalisation cellulaire, de la prolifération cellulaire, de la réaction inflammatoire cellulaire, la régulation de la croissance cellulaire anormale et de la reproduction cellulaire. Elle concerne plus particulièrement l'utilisation de composés de quinazoline d'aryle ou d'hétéroaryle mono et/ou bicycliques, afin d'inhiber la prolifération cellulaire, y compris des composés inhibiteurs efficaces de la tyrosine kynase de protéine (PTK). Elle décrit le procédé de traitement de la prolifération et/ou différentiation cellulaire ou de libération du médiateur au moyen desdits composés de quinazoline, ainsi que leur utilisation dans des compositions pharmaceutiques.
