Abstract

Um Schwingungen, welche durch das Drehen einer Galette (2) erzeugt werden, nicht auf eine Induktor (16) zur Beheizung der Galette zu übertragen, ist der Induktor (16) mittels eines Schwingungsdämpfers (27) schwingungsfrei gelagert. Der Schwingungsdämpfer (27) ist zwischen einem Tragzylinderflansch (9) eines Tragzylinders (18) zur Aufnahme des Induktors (16) und einer Gehäusestirnwand (32) angeordnet. Zur radialen Dämpfung des Induktors (16) ist zusätzlich zwischen einem Zentrierring (24) ein weiterer Schwingungsdämpferring (30) vorgesehen. Mittels Schrauben (26) wird der Flansch (9) gegen den Schwingungsdämpfer (27) gepresst, wobei zwischen der Schraube (26) und dem Flansch (9) eine Druckfeder (25) vorgesehen ist, welche gegen Flansch (9) drückt.

In order to prevent the vibrations generated by the rotation of a galette from being transmitted to a galette-heating inductor (16), the inductor (16) is mounted on a vibration damper (27) so as to be free from vibrations. The vibration damper (27) is arranged between the flange (9) of a supporting cylinder (18) for supporting the inductor (16) and a front wall (32) of the housing. An additional vibration damper ring (30) is provided inside of a centering ring (24) in order to radially dampen the inductor (16). The flange (9) is pressed by screws (26) against the vibration damper (27). A pressure spring (25) arranged between the screw (26) and the flange (9) presses against the flange (9).

Pour éviter que les vibrations générées par la rotation d'une galette (2) ne soient transmises à l'inducteur (16) de chauffage de la galette, l'inducteur (16) est monté sur un amortisseur de vibrations (27) qui le garantit contre les vibrations. L'amortisseur de vibrations (27) est situé entre la bride (9) d'un cylindre (18) de support de l'inducteur (16) et une paroi frontale (32) du boîtier. Un anneau amortisseur supplémentaire (30) est monté à l'intérieur d'un anneau de centrage (24) afin d'amortir l'inducteur (16) dans le sens radial. La bride (9) est pressée contre l'amortisseur de vibrations (27) par des vis (26). Un ressort de pression (25) situé entre la vis (26) et la bride (9) comprime la bride (9).
