Abstract
(EN)
An aluminum foil laminate (10) comprising an aluminum foil layer (1), an adhesive (3) and a film layer (5) is adapted for recycling in aluminum beverage container recycling streams. The organic content of the aluminum foil laminate is controlled to a maximum of 20 % by weight of the overall weight of the laminate to permit safe recycling. The aluminum foil laminate can be used as a substitute for plastic films or film/paper composites in intimate wrap applications or pouches or enclosures for food and non-food items. The aluminum foil laminate permits printing and/or embossing on the foil component to enhance the product enclosure packaging and improve machine performance during foiling, wrapping, sealing and filling operations.

Un stratifié en feuilles d'aluminium (10) composé d'une couche en feuille d'aluminium (1), d'un adhésif (3) et d'une pellicule (5) est conçu pour être recyclé dans des chaînes de recyclage de récipients de boissons en aluminium. La teneur organique du stratifié en feuilles d'aluminium est réglée à un maximum de 20 % en poids du poids total du stratifié, afin d'effectuer un recyclage en toute sécurité. Le stratifié en feuilles d'aluminium peut s'utiliser en tant que substitut de pellicules plastiques ou de composites pellicule/papier dans des opérations d'enveloppement serré ou dans des sachets ou des conditionnements d'articles alimentaires et non alimentaires. Le stratifié en feuilles d'aluminium permet de pratiquer des impressions en relief et/ou en creux sur l'élément feuille, de façon à augmenter la qualité du conditionnement du produit et à améliorer les performances de la machine pendant la mise en feuilles, l'enveloppement, le scellement et le remplissage.
