(EN)The present invention provides pharmaceutical vaccine compositions comprising nanoemulsions of particles comprising a lipid core which is in a solid or liquid crystalline phase at 25 °C, stabilized by at least one phospholipid envelope, for the parenteral, oral, intranasal, rectal, vaginal or topical delivery of both hydrophilic and lipophilic immunogens. Particles have a mean diameter in the range of 10 to 250 nm and said immunogen is incorporated in the emulsome particles, either intrinsically prior to the homogenization process or added extrinsically to previously prepared plain emulsomes.
(FR)L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques de vaccin comprenant des nanoémulsions de particules composées d'un noyau lipide, qui est en phase cristalline solide ou liquide à 25 °C, stabilisées par au moins une enveloppe de phospholipide et servant à l'administration parentérale, orale, intranasale, rectale, vaginale ou localisée d'immunogènes à la fois hydrophiles et lipophiles. Les particules présentent un diamètre moyen situé entre 10 et 250 nm et ledit immunogène est incorporé dans des particules d'émulsomes, soit de façon intrinsèque avant le procédé d'homogénéisation, soit ajouté de façon extrinsèque à des émulsomes purs préparés précédemment.
