(EN)Disclosed is a biologically pure culture of $i(Aureobasidium pullulans) deposited as NRRL 21064. Further disclosed are processes for decreasing the concentration of a type A/B chemical pollutants in an aqueous mixture containing the type A/B chemical pollutant which comprises adding sufficient amount of a fungal cyclic ether degrading microorganism to the aqueous mixture containing the chemical pollutant in the presence of a sufficient amount of cometabolite (type A chemical pollutant; not needed with type B) and a sufficient amount of oxygen.
(FR)L'invention concerne une culture biologiquement pure d'$i(Aureobasidium pullulans) enregistrée sous le numéro NRRL 21064, ainsi qu des procédés de réduction de la concentration de polluants chimiques de type A/B dans un mélange aqueux contenant le polluant chimique de type A/B. Selon ce procédé, on ajoute une quantité suffisante d'un microorgansime fongique capable de dégrader l'éther cyclique au mélange aqueux contenant le polluant chimique en présence d'une quantité suffisante d'un cométabolite (dans le cas d'un polluant chimique de type A; le cométabolite n'est pas requis dans le cas d'un polluant chimique de type B) et d'un quantité suffisante d'oxygène.
