(EN)The invention relates to chemotactic factors for human spermatozoa that are purifiable from human follicular fluid. The factors are of peptidic and hydrophilic nature. The first factor has a molecular size of about 13 kDa and, the other, an apparent molecular size smaller that 1.3 kDa, as determined by high pressure gel filtration, as shown in the figure. They are for use in procedures related to human fertilization, particularly artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, micromanipulation and direct microinjection of sperm to oocytes.
(FR)L'invention concerne des facteurs chimiotactiques pour spermatozoïdes humains qui sont purifiables à partir de liquide folliculaire humain. Lesdits facteurs sont de nature peptidique et hydrophile. Le premier facteur présente une masse molaire d'environ 13 kDa et l'autre une masse molaire apparente inférieure à 13kDa déterminées la filtration sur gel haute pression comme l'illustre la figure. Ils sont utilisés dans des procédures relatives à la fécondation humaine, en particulier l'insémination artificielle, la fécondation in vitro, la micromanipulation et la micro-injection directe de sperme dans les oocytes.
