Abstract

Wasserverdünnbares Überzugsmittel, Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und Verwendung. Das Überzugsmittel enthält: A) 40 bis 95 Gew.-% eines filmbildenden, OH-Gruppen enthaltenden, gegebenenfalls zumindest teilweise neutralisierten Polyurethanhartzes oder eines Gemisches derartiger Harze, in der Form einer wässrigen Dispersion, B) 60 bis 5 Gew.-% eines oder meherer Polyisocyanate mit mehr als einer freien Isocyanatgruppe, die bei Raumtemperatur gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz eines oder mehrerer organischer Lösemittel, flüssig sind, wobei sich die Gewichtsprozente von A) und B) jeweils auf den Harz-Festkörpergehalt beziehen und auf 100 Gew.-% addieren, sowie C) gegebenenfalls ein oder mehrere zusätzliche Bindemittel, übliche Pigmente, Füllstoffe und/oder lackübliche Additive und Hilfsstoffe.

A water-dilutable coating, a process for preparing the same and its use are disclosed. The coating contains: A) 40 to 95 % by weight of a film-forming, possibly at least partially neutralised polyurethane resin containing OH groups, or a mixture of such resins, as an aqueous dispersion; B) 60 to 5 % by weight of one or several polyisocyanates having more than one free isocyanate group and rendered fluid at room temperature, by admixture of one or several organic solvents; and C) optionally one or several additional binders, usual pigments, fillers and/or the usual lacquer additives and auxiliary substances. The percentages by weight of A) and B) refer to the solid resin content and add up to 100 % by weight.

L'invention concerne un agent d'enduction diluable dans l'eau, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. L'agent d'enduction contient: A) 40 à 95 % en poids d'une résine de polyuréthanne filmogène contenant des groupes OH, le cas échéant au moins partiellement neutralisée, ou un mélange de ces résines, sous forme d'une dispersion aqueuse; B) 60 à 5 % en poids d'un ou plusieurs polyisocyanates ayant plus d'un groupe isocyanate libre, rendus liquides à la température ambiante le cas échéant par adjonction d'un ou plusieurs solvants organiques; et C) le cas échéant un ou plusieurs liants additionnels, des pigments usuels, des charges et/ou des additifs et substances auxiliaires usuelles dans des laques. Les pourcentages en poids de A) et de B) se réfèrent à la teneur en résine solide et additionnés s'élèvent à 100 % en poids.
