Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a single-chain Fv (sFv) polypeptide defining a binding site which exhibits the immunological binding properties of an immunoglobulin molecule which binds c-erbB-2 or a c-erbB-2-related tumor antigen, the sFv includes at least two polypeptide domains connected by a polypeptide linker spanning the distance between the C-terminus of one domain and the N-terminus of the other, the amino acid sequence of each of the polypeptide domains includes a set of complementarity determining regions (CDRs) interposed between a set of framework regions (FRs), the CDRs conferring immunological binding to the c-erbB-2 or c-erbB-2-related tumor antigen.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un polypeptide Fv (sFv) à chaîne simple formant un site de liaison qui présente les propriétés de liaison immunologiques d'une molécule d'immunoglobuline qui se lie à c-erbB-2 ou à un antigène tumoral associé à c-erbB-2, le sFv comporte au moins deux domaines polypeptidiques reliés par un segment de liaison polypeptidique couvrant la distance entre l'extrémité C-terminale d'un domaine et l'extrémité N-terminale de l'autre domaine, la séquence d'acides aminés de chacun des domaines polypeptidiques comporte un groupe de régions déterminant la complémentarité (CDRs) situées entre un ensemble de régions du cadre (FRs), les CDRs conférant une liaison immunologique au c-erbB-2 ou à l'antigène tumoral associé à c-erbB-2.
