Continuous process for preparation of biocatalyst particles where biocatalyst (1) is mixed with hydrocolloid gelling agents, e.g., alginate (2), in a mixing chamber (3), the blended mass is further conducted in a tube (4) to a rotating, perforated cylinder (5), where said cylinder (5) is placed in a reactor (6), and the cylinder (5) is rotated at a velocity causing the beads to be hurled directly down into the reactor liquid (11).

Procédé de préparation en continu de particules biocatalytiques, selon lequel on mélange un biocatalyseur (1) à des agents gélifiants hydrocolloïdaux, par exemple l'alginate (2), dans une chambre mélangeuse (3), on fait passer la masse mélangée dans un tube (4) jusqu'à un cylindre rotatif perforé (5) monté dans un réacteur (6), et on fait tourner le cylindre (5) à une vitesse suffisante pour projeter les particules sphériques de manière qu'elles tombent directement dans le liquide réactionnel (11).
