Abstract

An adhesive film comprising at least one primary agent layer comprising a cyanate ester resin having a molecular weight of from about 150 to about 2,000, and a thermoplastic resin having a molecular weight of from about 3,000 to about 200,000, and at least one catalyst layer comprising from about 0.01 to about 10 parts by weight of at least one curing agent selected from the group consisting of organometallic compounds, metal chelates, and organic metal salts, and a thermoplastic resin having a molecular weight of from about 3,000 to about 200,000, wherein the sum of the thermoplastic resin in both the primary agent layer and the catalyst layer is from about 10 to about 300 parts per 100 parts cyanate ester resin.

Film adhésif comprenant au moins une couche d'un agent primaire constitué d'une résine d'ester de cyanate dont la masse molaire est comprise entre environ 150 et environ 2.000, et d'une résine thermoplastique dont la masse molaire est comprise entre environ 3.000 et environ 200.000; et au moins une couche de catalyseur comprenant entre environ 0,01 et environ 10 parties en poids d'au moins un agent de durcissement sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de composés organo-métalliques, de chélates de métaux, de sels de métaux organiques, et une résine thermoplastique dont la masse moléculaire est comprise entre environ 3.000 et environ 200.000; la quantité totale de résine thermoplastique dans la couche d'agent primaire et la couche de catalyseur étant comprise entre environ 10 et environ 300 parties en poids de résine d'ester de cyanate.
