Abstract:
(EN) A system and method in which a photoluminescent ligand is added to a sample to be analyzed in the form of a photoluminescent probe having intrinsic analyte-induced lifetime changes. The method preferably employs phase-modulation fluorometry to measure the lifetime changes. Specific probes are disclosed for measuring various analytes, particularly ionic solutes, including H+, Ca2+ and K+.
(FR) Système et procédé consistant à ajouter un ligand photoluminescent à un échantillon à analyser sous la forme d'une sonde photoluminescente ayant des changements en cours de vie induits par un analyte intrinsèque. Le procédé utilise de préférence une fluorométrie à modulation de phase pour mesurer les changements en cours de vie. Des sondes spécifiques sont décrites pour mesurer divers analytes, en particulier des solutés ioniques, y compris H+, Ca2+, K+.
