Abstract
(EN) A manifold for a syringe designed for concomittant injection of two different medicines from two cylinder ampoules (2) comprises a body (5) manufactured from a plastic compatible with the medicines. Two needles (9) are embedded in the body (5) each having a pointed end projecting from the rear side of the body (5) with a spacing corresponding to the spacing of the piercable closures (3) of the two cylinder ampoules (2). The other ends of the needles (9) open into a mixing chamber (6) from which an injection needle (11) projects through the front side of the body (5). The injection needle (11) is mounted in a needle hub (12) screwed onto a thread surrounding the mixing chamber (6) at the front side of the body (5) and the injection needle passes through a rubber membrane (7) sealing the mixing chamber (6). Alternatively, the injection needle may be embedded in the body (5).
(FR) Un collecteur de seringue conçu pour l'injection simultanée de deux médicaments différents provenant de deux ampoules cylindriques (2) comprend un corps (5) réalisé en une matière plastique compatible avec les médicaments. Deux aiguilles (9) sont noyées dans le corps (5), chacune étant munie d'une extrémité pointue et faisant saillie du côté arrière du corps (5), avec un espacement correspondant à celui des fermetures (3) perçables des deux ampoules cylindriques (2). Les autres extrémités des aiguilles (9) débouchent dans une chambre de mélange (6) depuis laquelle une aiguille d'injection (11) fait saillie à travers le côté avant du corps (5). L'aiguille d'injection (11) est montée dans un bossage d'aiguille (12) vissé sur un filetage entourant la chambre de mélange (6) sur le côté avant du corps (5) et l'aiguille d'injection traverse une membrane en caoutchouc (7) pour étanchéiser la chambre de mélange (6). Une autre solution consiste à noyer l'aiguille d'injection dans le corps (5).
