Abstract
(EN) An apparatus for filtering multiple biological samples using a filter membrane (110) is disclosed. The apparatus (100) comprises a base plate (112), a well plate (120), a gasket (118), and a first vacuum member (114) for vacuum-clamping the base plate (112), well plate (120), gasket (118) and filter membrane (110) together. The apparatus may further comprise a second vacuum member (116) for drawing the biological samples from the well plate (120) into contact with the filter membrane (110).
(FR) Appareil servant à filtrer plusieurs échantillons biologiques à l'aide d'une membrane de filtre (110). L'appareil (100) comprend une plaque de base (112), une plaque de cuvettes (120), un joint hermétique (118), et un premier élément à vide d'air (114) permettant de maintenir ensemble par effet de vide d'air la plaque de base (112), la plaque de cuvettes (120), le joint hermétique (118) et la membrane de filtre (110).
