Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektromagnetische Federdruckbremse oder -kupplung (1), die nach dem Ruhestromprinzip arbeitet. In stromlosem Zustand einer Spule (8) wird eine Schließkraft auf eine Ankerscheibe (15) ausgeübt. Um die Funktion der Federdruckbremse (1) als Haltebremse auch bei einer Behinderung der axialen Beweglichkeit der Ankerscheibe (15) zu gewährleisten, ist die Ankerscheibe (15) aus mindestens zwei Scheiben (21, 22) gebildet. Die Schließkraft wirkt anteilig auf die Scheiben. Mit der vorgeschlagenen Lösung werden Sicherheitsregeln erfüllt, die verlangen, daß die zur Betätigung der Federdruckbremse (1) erforderlichen Teile zweifach vorhanden sein müssen. Die vorgeschlagene Federdruckbremse (1) findet insbesondere bei Antriebssystemen für Aufzüge bzw. Lifte Verwendung.

The invention concerns an electromagnetically operated spring-pressure brake or coupling (1) which operates on the closed-circuit current principle. In the no-current state of a coil (8), a closing force is exerted on a disc armature (15). In order to ensure that the spring-pressure brake (1) can still be used as a retention brake even when the disc armature (15) is prevented from moving longitudinally, the armature (15) is made up of at least two discs (21, 22). The closing force acts proportionately on the discs. The design proposed meets safety requirements which require redundancy of parts essential to the operation of the brake (1). The brake (1) proposed is particularly suitable for use in drive systems for lifts.

Un frein ou un embrayage (1) électromagnétiques à pression de ressort fonctionnent selon le principe du courant de repos. A l'état sans courant d'une bobine (8), une force de fermeture est exercée sur un induit circulaire (15). Afin d'assurer la fonction de frein d'arrêt du frein (1) à pression de ressort même lorsque la mobilité axiale de l'induit circulaire (15) est limitée, l'induit circulaire (15) est formé d'au moins deux rondelles (21, 22). La force de fermeture agit proportionnellement sur les rondelles. Cette solution permet de satisfaire aux normes de sécurité qui exigent que les pièces requises pour actionner le frein (1) à pression de ressort soient doublées. Ce frein (1) à pression de ressort est particulièrement utile dans des systèmes d'entraînement d'ascenseurs ou de monte-charges.
