(FR) PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE PREPARATION D'UN MELANGE AIR-CARBURANT DANS UN MOTEUR A COMBUSTION INTERNE
Abstract
(EN) A method for preparation of the fuel-air mixture provides for feeding into the flow of the fuel-air mixture a flow of a gas medium in the form of separate jets. Each jet of the gas medium is directed tangentially to the imaginary circumference (5) oriented coaxially to the flow of the fuel-air mixture and having the diameter (d) equal, approximately, to 0.2-0.8 of the diameter (D) of the cross-section of the flow of the fuel-air mixture, and the flow from the gas jets is brought to the value of the coefficient ($g(a)) of excess oxidizer in the fuel-air mixture of, approximately, 0.9-1.0. A device for preparation of the fuel-air mixture comprises a casing (8) with a main opening (9) and an annular distribution chamber (10) which is connected to the casing through channels (11), is mounted coaxially to the main opening (9) and is connected to a gas medium source through a feeding channel (12). The axis (14) of each channel (11) is oriented tangentially to the imaginary circumference (5) oriented coaxially to the main opening (9) and having the diameter (d) equal, approximately, to 0.2-0.8 of the diameter (D) of the main opening (9). A consumption regulator (17) is mounted on the section (16) of a feeding channel (12), located in the casing (8).
(FR) Selon un procédé de préparation d'un mélange air-carburant, un courant de milieu gazeux est introduit sous forme de jets séparés dans le courant de mélange air-carburant. Les jets de milieux gazeux sont orientés tangentiellement à la circonférence imagnaire (5) coaxiale au courant de mélange air-carburant et ayant un diamètre (d) comprise entre 0,2 et 0,8 du diamètre (D) de la section transversale du courant de mélange air-carburant. Le débit des jets de milieu gazeux est ajusté sur une valeur telle que le coefficient ($g(a)) de cet oxydant excédentaire dans le mélange air-carburant atteigne une valeur comprise entre 0,9 et 1,0 environ. Un dispositif de préparation du mélange air-carburant comprend un boîtier (8) pourvu d'une ouverture principale (9) et une chambre annulaire de distribution (10) reliée au boîtier par des canaux (11), montée coaxialement à l'ouverture principale (9) et reliée à une source de milieu gazeux par un canal d'alimentation (12). L'axe (14) de chaque canal (11) est orienté tangentiellement à la circonférence imaginaire (5) coaxiale à l'ouverture principale (9) et ayant un diamètre (d) compris entre 0,2 et 0,8 environ du diamètre (D) de l'ouverture principale (9). Un régulateur (17) de la consommation est monté sur la section (16) d'un canal d'alimentation (12) situé dans le boîtier (8).
