The invention relates to means for the detection of constituents of cytoplasmic granules secreted by 'helper' T cells or cytotoxic cells in particular for the detection of granzyme or perforine, characterised in that said means are monoclonal antibodies recognizing specifically an epitope of such constituents by giving rise to an immunologic reaction of the antigen-antibody type.

L'invention concerne des moyens pour la détection de constituants de granules cytoplasmiques sécrétés par des cellules T 'helper' ou des cellules cytotoxiques en particulier pour la détection de granzyme ou de perforine caractérisés en ce qu'il s'agit d'anticorps monoclonaux reconnaissant spécifiquement un épitope de ces constituants en donnant lieu à une réaction immunologique de type antigène-anticorps.
