Abstract
(EN)
A sous vide reheating device (20) preferably includes at least two water heating chambers (28, 30) with each chamber having a heating device (36) and a thermostat (49) for controlling the temperature of the water in the chamber. An agitation mechanism (38) is provided to circulate the water in each chamber. Each chamber is preferably divided into a plurality of sub-chambers (44) with each sub-chamber having an associated timer (48) to measure the amount of time elapsed for that sub-chamber. The device may include a plate storage and warming mechanism (54) and has a work space (52) for preparing the sous vide foods for service to a consumer.

Un dispositif pour rechauffer sous vide (90) comprend de préférence au moins deux chambres de chauffage d'eau (28, 30), chaque chambre ayant un dispositif chauffant (36) et un thermostat (49) de régulation de le température de l'eau dans la chambre. Un mécanisme d'agitation (38) est prévu pour faire circuler l'eau dans chaque chambre.
