Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stromerzeuger mit einem Antriebsmotor und einem Generator, insbesondere für Fahrzeuge, wobei eine Kühlmittelpumpe zwischen Generator und Antriebsmotor auf einer Welle angeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Welle zweiteilig ausgeführt und mit einem Konuspaßsitz verbindbar. Die Kühlmittelpumpe ist als Kreiselpumpe oder Magnetläuferpumpe ausgebildet. Die im Stromerzeuger entwickelte Wärme wird über die Welle direkt zur thermischen Senke der Kühlmittelpumpe geführt. Ein thermisches Versagen der Wellenlager wird vermieden. Die Abmessungen des Stromerzeugers können bei vergliechbarer Leistung verkleinert werden.

The invention concerns a power-generator unit comprising a drive motor and a generator, intended in particular for motor vehicles, a coolant pump on a shaft being fitted between the generator and drive motor. The shaft is preferably designed in two parts and can preferably be connected up to a conical-joint socket. The coolant pump is designed as a centrifugal or magnetic-rotor pump. The heat produced in the power-generator unit is conducted along the shaft directly to the heat sink of the coolant pump. Heat-induced failure of the shaft bearing is thus avoided. The dimensions of the power-generator unit can be reduced for the same output rating.

Le présent procédé se rapporte à une génératrice électrique comportant un moteur de commande et une génératrice, en particulier pour vehicules, où une pompe à réfrigérant est disposée sur un arbre entre la génératrice et le moteur de commande. L'arbre est de préférence réalisé en deux parties et reliable à un ajustement conique. La pompe à réfrigérant est conçue comme pompe centrifuge ou comme pompe à rotor magnétique. La chaleur développée dans la génératrice est conduite par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre directement vers le puits thermique de la pompe à réfrigérant. Une défaillance thermique des paliers d'arbre est ainsi évitée. Les dimensions de la génératrice peuvent être réduites, tout en maintenant les mêmes performances.
